Registration Form

The registration form must be completed by each person wishing to attend the event in order to secure a seat. Please forward this Registration Form page link to members of your team that would like to attend. Registration will close on Thursday, October 8 at 4pm.

Seat allocation comes on a first-come-first-serve basis. Light refreshments will be provided.
